WhiteWave Consulting is in the business of strategic level assessment. WhiteWave was founded by Jennifer White, Ph.D. in 2004. The consultancy currently has one office in New York City. Jennifer has held positions at Mercer Delta Consulting, Huthwaite, and Xerox Corporation. She has over 15 years of experience designing and implementing measurement offerings. Her clients have included many large, global companies as well as privately-held companies experiencing substantial growth.  They include: Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, HP, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, Xerox, Canon, UPS, and McDonald’s. Jennifer is on the Board of the Institute for Behavioral and Applied Management and The Wally Foundation, a non-profit organization that recognizes innovative leaders.
